Another thing the Galaxy S9 can do that most phone can't is stream music to multiple devices. We're talking about the Bluetooth 5.0 technology inside, and what you can do with it. 

Bluetooth 5.0 allows our phones to connect to nearby devices faster and will get better as more accessories adopt this new standard. 

This video explains it very well. Basically, Bluetooth 5.0 increases the speed of Bluetooth by 800% and gives it multi-channel and directional operation. Making it faster, even to multiple devices, and both directions. Additionally, BT 5.0 increased the distance from 30 ft to over 120 feet indoors. That's a huge increase.

This means you can connect the Galaxy S9 to your home stereo no matter what room of the house you're in, and the connection will work. It reaches 4x further. Head into the garage and your music won't stop. The iPhone can't do that. 

Even better, Bluetooth 5.0 helps the Galaxy S9 send the same audio to more than one device at a time. Like two different Bluetooth speakers (even different brands) for stereo sound. Similar to what SONOS offers or like daisy-chaining speakers together.

Then, specific to the Galaxy S8 and S9, users can control audio output over Bluetooth on an app-by-app basis.
