Fallout 4 Update 1.4: What’s New
Bethesda’s Fallout 4 patch 1.4 is finally out for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and so is the Automatron DLC. With that in mind, we want to look at the most important things to know, right now, about the Fallout 1.4 update across all three platforms.
Last year, Bethesda promised that it would deliver regular Fallout 4 updates for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It told gamers that these free updates would come with bug fixes and that they would also come with new features.
So far, Bethesda’s kept that promise.
The developer has had a pretty busy year. Its outlined its Fallout 4 mods release window for PC and console. It recently confirmed its next Fallout 4 DLC release. On top of that, the developer’s confirmed a brand new Fallout 4 1.5 update.
For now, we’re stuck with the Fallout 4 1.4 update and the Automatron DLC that brings robot companions and more to console and PC.
The Fallout 4 1.4 patch spent only a few short days in beta for PC before the company deemed to ready for public consumption.
With the Fallout 4 1.4 update now out for PC, Xbox One and PS4, we want to look at the update and run down a few of the standout items that’ve emerged with the final release.

Bethesda's issued a new Fallout 4 patch for the PS4 version of the 1.4 patch. Patchception? This new patch isn't the upcoming 1.5 update. Instead, it's a 1.05 update that prepares the PlayStation 4 and its version of Fallout 4 for the Wasteland Workshop release on April 12th. The Xbox One and PC are already up-to-date. Specifically, this 1.05 update brings trophy support for Wasteland Workshop. The DLC is expected to bring at least three trophies to the game including: - Docile: Have 5 Tamed Creatures in a Settlement - Instigator: Start a Spectated Arena Fight in a Settlement - Trapper: Build One of Every Cage Type | |||||||||||

Wonder why nobody notices this change since the beta
Your guns no longer automatically reload (full magazine, not like reload animations) when switching between them, either by using the pip boy or favorite shortcuts!
NOBODY mentions this… Am I the only one who loves this change? Did nobody else care about it breaking immersion before the patch??

Not very well. They always lost. I had settlements with defense in excess of 400, only to have everything busted up by a pack of ferals because I was stuck in the bowels of some Glowing Sea govt bunker at the time.

This Friday is the console update. This Adam Mills guy is consistently behind on news. Gottabemobile is not a good source for up to date info.

Where is console patch pc has had it nearly been a week now after you raise price of season pass you make console players wait while every pc user makes youtube videos about patch and what it contains what happened to everyone gets it at the same time at the end of this week will be mid march not early march will dlc come out on time for console or do pc get that first to

sure thats all nice and dandy. I’d prefer a weapon size selector in the Options menu. It’s ridiculous how a laser/institute rifle has to take up nearly 1/3 of the screen just by being equipped.

Not excited. Add some new hair or give us the ability to change the color of outfits and armor. Or the ability to add ballistic armor to outfits. Or (and this is on my personal list) the ability to wear head items with the gas masks. Oh yeah and more face items. I don’t expect any of this to ever happen but F it.

I had this bug in Sanctuary. I removed all TV’s and radios. I also placed beds on rugs because sometimes the game doesn’t recognize that you placed a bed on the default floor. But once I removed the TV’s and radios from all the Sanctuary houses the bug went away.

I don’t know why, but as soon as I downloaded the patch, I don’t get any reward notifications, like if I complete a quest, it doesn’t tell me how much I, or it doesn’t say if an intimidation attempt in combat failed, please help.
