why do you need to be eligible for an upgrade? Also does your line access charge for the plan stay the same? (if you do a 2 yr upgrade and get the iphone 7 from the verizon website, your line access fee for the plan goes from 20 to 40 dollars a month. however if you do the payment plan, it stays at 20.) Also do you pay target the monthly fee or your carrier?
