If you want to jailbreak your iPhone 6s don't install the iOS 10.3.3 update. There's currently no way to jailbreak iOS 10.3.3.

Developers have released working iOS 10.2 jailbreak and they might be working on an iOS 10.3.2 jailbreak but nothing is available for iOS 10.3.2, iOS 10.3.1 or iOS 10.3.3. 

The iOS 10.2 jailbreak also works with older versions of iOS 10 (like iOS 10.1.1) but again, there's no way to drop down to any of Apple's older iOS 10 updates.
