The iOS 10.3.3 update might be the last iOS 10 upgrade for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

Apple hasn't confirmed iOS 10.3.4 or iOS 10.4 and there's a good chance the company is now focused on getting its iOS 11 update ready for the fall. 

iOS 11 will replace the iOS 10 update in the fall. Apple hasn't confirmed a specific release date but we expect it to arrive alongside new iPhones in September.

Apple is rumored to have three new iPhones up its sleeve for September including a high-end iPhone 8. All three models are expected to run iOS 11.
