iPhone XS Release Date Tips
If you’re interested in buying the rumored iPhone XS there are some things you should do to help prepare for its arrival.
Apple is reportedly (and unsurprisingly) working on successors to the iPhone X and iPhone 8, the two flagship models Apple announced back in September, 2017.
The company isn’t talking about 2018 iPhones just yet, but leaks and rumors point to the arrival of three new flagship iPhones this fall. The company reportedly won’t debut a new iPhone SE 2 this year.
Apple is supposedly planning a 5.8-inch successor to the iPhone X, a 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus, and a 6.1-inch iPhone that’ll evidently come with an LCD display (instead of an OLED screen) and an affordable price point. The new iPhone X and iPhone X Plus will reportedly both be called iPhone XS.
These rumors come from respected sources so there’s a very good chance Apple launches at least three new iPhones during its annual fall launch window.
We’ve still got a few weeks to go before iPhone XS rumors firm up and Apple takes the stage to announce this year’s flagships. Some of you should stop waiting and snag a phone today, tomorrow, or in the near future.
That said, some of you might want to wait for the next version of the iPhone X, the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone, and the rumored iPhone X Plus. There are plenty of good reasons to hold out until Apple’s September 12th launch event.
If you fall into the latter group, you’ll want to do some prep work in the buildup to Apple’s launch date. Prepping for a rumored phone isn’t easy, but there are some steps you can take to make your life easier once the release gets close.
This guide will lead you through some of the steps we think prospective iPhone XS buyers should take right now and in the weeks ahead. Some of these steps will take you a few minutes, others will take you a lot longer.
