Perhaps even better than the Astrophotography mode is Google's new Dual Exposure controls on the Pixel 4. This basically brings a professional studio and lighting with you in your pocket, just a few swipes and taps away. It's very powerful. 

You can turn on the dual exposure mode in the camera and get two lines that will fully control exposure and brightness, live, in real-time. This isn't like an Instagram filter or how you can increase the brightness after you take a photo. It's so much more than that. 

Increase everything for the perfect shot, or under-expose people for a unique shadow effect. You can do a lot of neat things and be creative with the Pixel 4 cameras.
