iOS 9.1 Beta 3 Now Available | |||||||||||
On Wednesday, Apple released its latest iOS 9.1 beta dubbed iOS 9.1 beta 3. The update is available for the iPhone 5 and it's worth a look right now. For one, we're hearing good things about iOS 9.1's performance. If there was going to be a time to try the beta on your iPhone 5, now would probably be a good time. Just remember, iOS betas aren't for everyone. If you don't want to install the iOS 9.1 beta, now would be a great time to start tracking the update so that you can get a feel for the features and the update's performance. We've already seen iOS 9.1 testers provide feedback about the iOS 9.1 beta 3 update and we've seen several beta testers post their thoughts on sites like YouTube. That sounds annoying. My Iphone4 crashed because of an old update. When this is not going to work well, I will buy Samsung for sure!

Dont update! I accidently updated my iphone 5 to IOS 9.0.2. Apart from no finger passcode, the phone freezes. I can message without it freezing, the phone overheats. I have to constantly hit the top button and re-enter the password to obtain access to the phone. Battery life is zapped in a nanosecond. I am so sorry I accidently installed this. It has made a good phone completely useless.

Since upgrading my iPhone 5 to iOS9.0.2, I keep get this annoying, can-only-say-yes-to window about having “won” something through Facebook.com-us or something like that. And my e-mail notifications are screwed up. They are forcing me to upgrade my phone via a “software update” — a truly ugly corporate strategy.
