10 Things to Know About the Star Wars Battlefront Rogue One: Scarif DLC

The new Rogue One: Scarif DLC will feature two brand new heroes. The Rogue One: Scarif DLC will introduce the rebel Jyn Erso and the imperial Director Krennic. Jyn Erso comes equipped with a unique set of abilities including a powerful grenade called Sonic Imploder: - Rifle Extension – Transforms the blaster pistol in to a blaster rifle. You can switch mode between pistol and rifle modes at any time without a cooldown. - Sonic Imploder – The grenade deals high damage, blinds enemies and reduce armor for targets. - Truncheon Surge – Jyn performs a short forward melee strike using her baton. The ability starts with 3 charges, but can hold up to 9. - Passive: For each kill with her blasters or grenade, Jyn will gain charges for Truncheon Surge. The amount she gains is equal to the level of her trait. As for Director Krennic, he comes with several powerful abilities including the ability to call down Death Troopers: - Armor Breaker – Krennic will fire a powerful blaster bolt that deals high damage and does armor reduction. - C2-B5 – A unique version of an astromech droid is deployed. It is AI controlled and has the following abilities - Wrath of the Empire – Boosts team members in a small radius around Krennic. On top of a temporary armor increase, it has the following effects: - Passive ability: An armor boost effect is applied to all nearby players, including Krennic. The armor boost effect is dependent on the number of nearby players. Heroes count for two players - Death Troopers: 2 players are able to spawn in as a Death Trooper whenever Krennic is on the battlefield. They are equipped with the following gear: Per usual, you're able to use these characters against players that don't have the Rogue One: Scarif DLC installed. | |||||||||||

Some of the ””heroes”” are a joke. Who the hell wants to play as Greedo or Nien Nunb? Seriously? Game was a massive disappointment and the DLC is so damn weak.

DICE supported Battlefield 4 well after the DLC lifespan, Battlefront may get some post DLC love too.

You haven’t played the game. Both Greedo and Nien Nunb are great additions to the hero roster.
Game a massive disappointment? To whom? It sold well over 13 million copes. I get that you don’t like the game that doesn’t mean you have to make sh!t up about it.

There’s only one thing you need to know rather than 10 … if you haven’t already paid for the DLC’S don’t bother… how to ruin a game … surely part of what makes a game so successful is continuity throughout it, ok I recognise there will be little bugs to fix here and there , but to change fundamental controls and functions ! I can play the original games for 10 hours straight with blinking, loved it, the new DLC I played for 26 mins and turned it off thoroughly disgusted
