You don't have to wait for Apple's announcements to save money on a new iPad. 

The 10.2-inch iPad has only been on shelves since September, but we've seen retailers offer some nice price cuts with a lot more to come. 

We'll probably see some amazing deals emerge throughout 2020 so there's no reason to pay full price for the 10.2-inch iPad.

The same goes for the 2018 iPad Pros, iPad mini 5, iPad Air 3 and, perhaps, even the new iPad Pros. You should see some nice price cuts on these models throughout the year as well.
