According to ITHome, Apple's iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will support 40W wired fast charging and 20W MagSafe charging. The company's iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models support up to 27W with USB-C. MagSafe chargers and can wirelessly charge the iPhone 15 at up to 15W. The publication claims Apple is making the change to "balance and improve the problem of increased charging time caused by the increase in battery capacity." We've heard the iPhone 16 models will have larger batteries so this falls in line with those reports. | ||||||||||||||||||||

The 15 Pro Max is exciting with its long awaited quality 5x lens, but far from being pocketable. I will buy a 16 Pro next year with same specs if its size remains unchanged.
They can manage it easily by shrinking the battery about %10 while some tech enhancement in a year may compensate.
