8 Reasons to Wait for the iPad Mini 6 & 4 Reasons Not To
Wait for An Affordable Flagship
If you want a newer iPad model, but don't want to shell out for Apple's new iPad Pros and/or you aren't interested in the new eighth-generation iPad, think about waiting for the iPad Mini 6. Apple's iPad Pros require a sizable investment. If Apple does release an iPad mini 6, it'll almost certainly be cheaper than the base iPad Pro model. Apple's iPad Mini 5 comes in two storage sizes: 128GB and 256GB. The 128GB iPad mini 5 starts at $399 without a deal while the 256GB model starts at $549. The 2021 iPad Pro line starts at $799. According to Kuo, the new iPad mini will follow the iPhone SE 2’s product strategy. The selling points will reportedly be the affordable price tag and a faster chip. If you want a newer iPad model (better hardware, better software support, etc), but don't want to break the bank, waiting for the iPad mini 6 is certainly an option to consider.
