One of my favorite features on the Galaxy S7 (and most Galaxy phones) that hardly anyone knows, is quick launching the camera. My entire family has Galaxy phones, and no one knew about this awesome feature.
Whether you're inside an app, using Gmail, or even when the screen is completely turned off, quickly double click the home button. This instantly bypasses the lock screen, exits any app, and instantly launches the camera in under 0.8 seconds. Then the fast 12-megapixel shooter and auto-focus is ready for you to snap photos or record video. It's extremely useful, and something I do every single day while taking photos or video with the phone. Try it yourself. You're welcome! |

Can I also add my spouse to the fingerprint scan? So we’re both able to use the device?

Google Now gets it wrong so often that it is useless. When did you ever hear anyone use it? Never.

I normally do not leave comments, but thank you for this helpful list! It informed me on things I didn’t know my phone could do, such as the SOS feature.
