The best way to stay healthy and in shape is tracking everything you do, or just having good habits. No one is perfect, which is why Samsung has an excellent app called S-Health pre-installed on most phones.
Open S-Health from the application tray and follow along. Sign up, make an account, input food and drinks throughout the day and even let it count your steps. It isn't 100% accurate, but it does a rather fine job all things cosidered. This app can even check stress levels, heart rate, and lots of other things. Not to mention tell you how many miles you walked and calories burned. I recently took a trip to Disneyland, and walked over 20,000 steps according to Samsung. Go me. Stay healthy by using S-Health to your advantage. Pair it with a smartwatch or fitness wearable, and even upload everything to Google Fit. |

Can I also add my spouse to the fingerprint scan? So we’re both able to use the device?

Google Now gets it wrong so often that it is useless. When did you ever hear anyone use it? Never.

I normally do not leave comments, but thank you for this helpful list! It informed me on things I didn’t know my phone could do, such as the SOS feature.
