The iPhone XR gets one of Apple's best features.

Face ID, which made its debut on board the iPhone X, is included on the iPhone XR. It's one of our favorite features and it's a great reason to buy a newer iPhone model. 

Instead of using your fingerprint to unlock the iPhone XR, you'll simply use your face which is captured by the device's front-facing camera.

If you've used Touch ID for a long time it'll take a bit to acclimate, but Face ID is faster and typically more accurate than Apple's fingerprint solution.
