There are a ton of excellent Pixel 3a alternatives on the market starting with the Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 3, and Pixel 3 XL. We also mentioned the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL which are older, but are still very capable. 

Samsung recently launched multiple Galaxy S10 models including a budget Galaxy S10e. You’ve also got the Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy S8, and Galaxy S8+. 

There are also devices like the OnePlus6T, LG G7, and many other Android devices that have dropped in price over the past few months. 

If you aren’t married to buying an Android phone, you should also take a look at Apple’s iPhone XR, iPhone X, iPhone 8, and iPhone 7.

Before you commit to waiting for the Pixel 3a, make sure you go hands-on all of these phones. You might find something you really like. 

You'll also want to dig into the Pixel 3a's three colors and determine which carrier is best for you and your needs.
