If you want a big, gorgeous display, and you aren't sold on the current crop of big screen smartphones, think about holding out for the Galaxy S22 series. Galaxy S22 rumors currently point to a few different screen sizes for Samsung's three upcoming flagships, but both rumors suggest the models will have screens that measure over 6-inches in size. One leak states that the Galaxy S22 will have a 6.06-inch display, the Galaxy S22+ a 6.55-inch display, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra a 6.81-inch display. The other leak says the Galaxy S22 will have a 6.1-inch display, the Galaxy S22+ a 6.5-6.6-inch display, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra a 6.8-inch display. Unfortunately, the rumors point to the Galaxy S22 Ultra being the only model with LTPO backplane technology on board. All three should have 120Hz refresh rate. According to leaker Ice Universe, the peak brightness of Galaxy S22 Ultra's display "broke through the highest record of Samsung's OLED screen." So if you want a ton of horsepower and a huge screen, you might want to wait. If you don't want a 6-inch display, you'll probably need to look elsewhere. | |||||||||
