According to a leaker, one of the Galaxy S21 models could come with a significant display upgrade. 

Ice Universe claims the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, the high-end version of the upcoming Galaxy S21 series, will feature a smooth 120Hz refresh rate at QHD resolution. 

It looks like this might be exclusive to the Galaxy S21 Ultra which means the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ might not be able to do 2K at 120Hz.
