I am paying for a phone I can’t use thanks to the new 12.2 upgrade. I get garbled messages on calls or can’t call at all. My phone shows no service where I was able to get it before this download. We are not permitted to go back to 12. You need to fix this now. This is happening to my friends and family and perhaps class action suit needs to be addressed.

My phone is lagging whenever I use my Messages app. I’m using an iPhone 8 with iOS 12.2 version. The cursor hangs in a certain place, and deleting a text, lags. Also, sometimes the buttons on the touch keyboard, hangs.

iOS 12.2 seemed to be the demise of my 8 plus. Screen would go black, phone would reset a couple times then go black and totally dead for hours. Then came back to life on its own a few times now totally dead for a couple of days. No help from apple- it’s at 14 months. Previous phone was a 4 and lasted me five yrs and still works.

I have had multiple issues with my iPhone 8 since updating to iOS 12.2! I have been on Straight Talk Wireless for about 5 years. The first thing I noticed was I no longer had data capability. Then I noticed texts and phone calls would not come through. Reading various help topics from Apple, as well as Straight Talk and online forums; most suggest the carrier is able to resolve the issue. After more than 25 phone calls, 3 sim cards (including the original), a trip to the Apple store (one hour drive), several types of resets and Apple support helping through calls; I am down to no longer having the use of Visual Voicemail, no matter what. My husband has iPhone X, my oldest son has iPhone 8, my youngest son has iPhone 8+, and we all have Straight Talk Wireless. My phone is the only one with ANY issues.

I have updated to iPhone 12.3 on my 8 plus. I can now not connect to any apps that use wi-fi in my home. Bluetooth and GPS work fine but facebook, Twitter etc just say no internet connection. The internet is working okay as my PC and MacBook work fine both on Wi-fi and Ethernet. My iPhone is now 50% useless and no more than an expensive mobile phone.

I bought an New in Box unlocked iPhone 8 on eBay several months ago and didn’t activate it until last week. I updated the phone to iOS 12.3.1 during activation, and I am unable to access data when I’m away from my home or work network. There’s no data capabilities while driving. I am a Straight Talk customer for years and started there for help. They directed me to Apple Support where they were as helpful as possible but I am still having issues.

Now my phone shut off my Bluetooth speakers. All of them. Doesn’t just disconnect from bluetooth, each speaker will disconnect and physically shut down. What the actual bleep . I have tried EVERY troubleshooting tip that I could find except the last one which is take my phone to an Apple Store, which I do not have access to where I live.
