Fitbit Charge 2 | ||||||||||||
If you need to know your heart rate all the time, plus fitness and sleep data in a wearable device that delivers week-long battery life and can deliver Caller ID notifications the Fitbit Charge 2 is a good option. "The 5-6 day battery life is killer, you can get on with your life without constantly having to wonder if it’s going to die on you," explains Tobias Buckell, NYT Best Selling Author, speaking about the previous version adding "It takes minutes to recharge to just emergency levels if in a hurry and getting sleep data and near-constant heart rate data throughout the day is a killer feature." With the Fitbit Charge 2 users can track workouts plus all day activity including heart rate, steps, distance, calories burned, stairs climbed and time spent active. When you need to work out, the exercise mode delivers real-time stats on your wrist. The sleep tracking can wake you with a silent vibrating alarm in the morning and help you identify sleep trends. You can also connect with friends for competition to keep everyone motivated. All of this data syncs wirelessly to the iPhone and Android. The Fitbit Charge 2 is $149.99 at Amazon and comes in multiple sizes. | ||||||||||||

I totally agree with everything said, but the number 1 key is finding a fitness routine and diet that WORKS for you. . There are also so many weight loss solutions, it’s seriously overwhelming. I’ve created a website called Lose Weight With John Mark to tackle some of the more popular solutions online…I’ve put in the time and research and have given my honest opinions. It’s not easy, but it’s not impossible. Check out my review of The 3 Week Diet , which legitimately is an amazing weight loss solution https://www.loseweightwithjohnmark.com/review/3-week-diet-3/

Once you turn metabolism to your favor, sky is the limit. I’ve lost 21lbs with the Loaded Gun Diet eating chocolate for breakfast, LOL >

If you are looking to lose weight, please avoid diet pills and all those other drugs that claim to help you lose weight. I have purchased many of these in the past and never had any good results. That was when I decided to stop falling for these scams and started learning about the food that I put into my body.
I have to recommend (https://cookbookjudge.com) for anyone who wants to change their life for the better. I built the site to show everyone how my wife and I lost weight. There are many hurdles and we have provided a way for anyone to get success by avoiding the mistakes we made on our weight loss journey.

It’s good to mention that these are only ACCESSORIES to weight loss. What I found from my own experience is that exercise and dieting is the main thing that needs to be done together and routinely in order to lose weight. Fitness watches, scales, etc. in the sense of losing weight are mostly for motivation rather than a tool on HOW to lose weight. The first step to losing weight (for me) was accepting the fact that I need to put in x amount of time every day or every few days in addition to dieting. For me, it started on fitrition360.com which laid out all of the information to help me plan and commit. I then lost 30lbs in a couple months after committing. It wasn’t until later that I ended up getting a fitness watch. The main point is that these are simply tools for motivation and some tracking; however, weight loss starts with exercise and dieting as the main focus.

I also made the experience that using gadgets works can be a great support on your weight loss journey. The gadgets that work best for me are a fitness tracker and a nutrition tracking app. Since I use the Fitbit I tend to walk so much more than before, simply because I want to reach my daily step goal. I have synchronized it with Yazio, the app that I use to keep track of my nutrition, and this combination seems to be perfect for me. It is a great motivation to get some extra calories from walking. The Yazio app, which you can find here: https://www.yazio.com/en, is also something I can really recommend, as it is really precise and tracks everything about my nutrition. On top of that the app also offers healthy recipes, meal plans and small challenges.
