Above your Surface Pro’s display is a 5-megapixel camera and an infrared camera. Turn on Windows Hello and your device will use a scan of your face to make sure you are who you say you are. Windows Hello turns into a complete password replacement. The Windows Store will use your face scan to authorize purchases and some apps will also make it your default login method. For example, some password managers offer it as an option instead of a PIN code.
