Hines has also released new details about the Fallout 4 PC release. 

The company will be including a physical CD with Fallout 4 orders and that the disc will have data on board. That said, Hines also says that you will be required to download files from Steam because the disc doesn't have the full game on board. 

He also notes that while the console versions of the game will come on Blu-Ray discs, the PC Fallout 4 release will ship on DVD. Keep these details in mind if you're planning to buy or you've bought the PC version of Fallout 4.
