So they're both pretty great, but how much are they and when can you get one? Well, the Pixel 2 XL is available right now at Google's online store or from Verizon Wireless. You'll pay around $850 for the 64GB model. Or, pay $950 for the 128GB variant. It's a great phone, and you'll love it. As for the Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+, they'll hit stores on March 16th. Meaning you have a few weeks to wait and decide if the $720 or $839 price is worth it. Yes, the Galaxy S9+ is cheaper than the Pixel 2 XL, and it has a microSD slot to expand storage. However, the $839 price for the Galaxy S9+ is only what Samsung is asking. Carriers want closer to $900+ unless you buy from T-Mobile. It's all pretty confusing, but these phones come out on March 16th. You can't go wrong with either of these phones. At the end of the day, it comes down to a few things. Do you want the latest and greatest, are software updates important, do you love taking photos? Answer those questions, then choose one and enjoy it. | |||||||
