iOS 10.3 Update: 9 Reasons to Get Excited & 3 Reasons Not To
30% Battery Bug Will Likely Carry Over
The iOS 10.2.1 update failed to fix one of iOS 10's more glaring issues and there's a chance the iOS 10.3 will fail as well. Since October, we've been hearing a lot about a 30% battery bug wherein devices randomly die once the battery hovers around that mark. We've covered it extensively in our roundups and many are hoping for a fix inside the iOS 10.3 update. While some iPhone users have noticed improvements on the iOS 10.3 beta, others are still running into the 30% battery bug on iOS 10.3 beta. In other words, we don't have a definitive answer about a fix inside iOS 10.3. A bit disappointing. We still have a few weeks before iOS 10.3 is released to the public so there's a chance we see Apple tack on a permanent fix. Nothing is certain at this point though.

iOS 10.3 is coming with lot of new features. I hope it will fix the Cydia Extender problems.
