In addition to its new 9.7-inch iPad, Apple's announced a brand new application called Clips. 

As we've noted, Clips will require the iOS 10.3 update to operate. The app will be compatible with iPhone 5s and later, the new 9.7-inch iPad, all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, iPad mini 2 and later, and iPod touch 6th generation. No iPhone 5, unfortunately. 

In a nutshell, Clips will allow select iOS 10.3 users to create unique videos. It lets you combine your video clips, photos and music that you can then share via iMessage, Instagram, Facebook or other popular social networking platforms.

It also features something called Live Tiles which will let you create animated captions and titles using your voice. You'll then be able to add effects like comic book filters, speech bubbles, shapes and full-screen animated posters.
