Nothing is confirmed but the iOS 10.3 update could deliver the new TV app to users outside of the United States. iOS 10.3 beta testers in Canada noticed the TV App on board a previous version of the iOS 10.3 beta, iOS 10.3 beta 5. According to MacRumors, the app can be opened but it's currently non-functional. None of the tabs load correctly. It's unclear if this is a mistake or if Apple plans to deliver the app to other countries when the final version of iOS 10.3 arrives. The new TV app was first revealed in late 2016. | |||||||||||||

iOS 10.3 is coming with lot of new features. I hope it will fix the Cydia Extender problems.

After updating, my ipad and phone randomly turns black and then returns to home. This is the first time, and Im really hating it!
