If you are coming from iOS 8 or older, you're going to want to dig into iOS 9.1 feedback on performance and features before you make your move to the iOS 9.1 update.
We've heard and seen good things out of iOS 9.1 but you'll still want to take stock and make sure that this is an upgrade that you want. Remember, there is no going back to anything older than iOS 9.0.2 at this point so you need to be careful. Once you install the iOS 9.1 update on your phone or tablet, you'll want to track the update and its performance. We'll periodically release our impressions of iOS 9.1 but you'll also want to keep tabs on sites like YouTube and Apple's discussion forums for additional feedback. Use this feedback to your advantage. |

My iPhone 6 upgraded without me getting a chance to say “do it” or “later” and this morning it started going into some sort of reboot loop that drains the battery in about an hour. One of the Helpdesk guy at work asked me if I had installed the upgrade and I responded “What upgrade?” I knew nothing about it. Apple blew it with this one.

The videos I recently took on a vacation disappeared after I installed iOS 9.1. I had upgraded from iOS 9.0. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any fixes suggested?
