iOS 9.2 vs iOS 9.1: What’s New in iOS 9.2
Here’s a look at what’s new in iOS 9.2 with a focused comparison of iOS 9.2 vs iOS 9.1 that will show you the changes that make this upgrade worth installing for many users. This is what iOS 9.2 adds to the iPhone and iPad and a closer look at the iOS 9.2 fixes that target iOS 9.1 problems.
Apple recently announced the iOS 9.2.1 update that delivers a small series of fixes to the iPhone and iPad. This small new update also improves performance on some older devices.
The iOS 9.2 release date is here and users can download iOS 9.2 directly to the iPhone or iPad to upgrade — or install with iTunes.
Users upgrading from iOS 9.1, iOS 9.0.1, iOS 9.0.2 or iOS 9 will not see many visual changes, but there are many important new iOS 9.2 features — including some that users have asked Apple to deliver for years.
With this iOS 9.2 feature breakdown we will help you see the new options and features that you will use in the new update. There are no new emoji with this upgrade, but there are still plenty of important changes from iOS 9.1 to iOS 9.2.

Here’s what’s new in iOS 9.2.
We see a number of fixes for problems with Apple iPhone apps and iPad apps, new accessory options for iPhones running this update and a lot of fixes for other iOS 9 problems that frustrated users for the last several months.
Apple fast tracked the iOS 9.2 update compared to earlier years, where big fix updates did not arrive until the year after a new version of iOS arrived.
The iOS 9.2 update is a free download and it runs on any device compatible with iOS 9. This is the same set of devices that can run iOS 8, so you can install this on a wide range of devices.
Right now it is possible to downgrade to iOS 9.1, but that will not last forever. You do not need to install the update on your iPhone or iPad, but there are many reasons to do so.
Use the images and descriptions below to learn what’s new in iOS 9.2 an how this compares to iOS 9.1. You can click on an image below to jump directly to that new iOS 9.2 feature or you can use the arrows to move through each of the images.

Well I thought it was a good article. Good article.
BTW, I found a website that is giving away gift cards for answering some brand survey questions!! You just have to answer the questionnaire to see if you’re qualified. Here is the website techysurvey.com click here
It seems legit to me. I personally need one of those gift cards to buy a new camera.
Hope it helps. And I hope you win haha ;) I thought I’d post it here since it wanted me to share.

My iPhone started working slow when I downloaded the new update antivirus! When I started getting closer to the day I signed the contract! Also? My iPad, Microcell and home chargers!!!

There are five paragraphs that say the same thing. God awful writing. Get a good editor.

Typical GBM blog – what can be said/explained in 50 lines, certainly gets uselessly expansive/repetitive upto 5 pages. Following the norm, still !

Sometimes less is more. I’d be willing to read more articles but I’m afraid I’d be stuck on repeat for the first 5 paragraphs again. Whoever wrote this is broken.

Hahaha!!! Loved your funny response Craig to such an obvious scam! Funny thing though… The scam must still be working at least a little bit & getting some sort of replies, right?! If not, why would anyone be taking the time to post these comments? Although, I can not imagine WHO though in this day & time of online scams, would actually reply to these losers!!

What could have been stated in two paragraphs was stretched into nine pages to allow for nine times as many ads. It’s all about the money. I will never read a GBM posting again.

This site, quite simply put (something the writers need to learn to do) is USELESS!
This article could be the ‘Poster Child’ example of how “NOT TO WRITE AN ARTICLE”… It is simply ridiculous! I thought maybe it’s just me until I scrolled down & read everyone else writing reviews & stating EXACTLY what I was thinking… No real information being provided on the actual IOS 9.2 update! Nope, just page after page after page of absolutely useless verbiage that told me nothing!

Why iPad 1 upgrades to 5.1.1 it should upgrade to 7.0.3
So all upgrades all are good
And why iPad 2 gets 9.2 this is crazy iPad 2 has to get 8.4.4
I have a iPad Air and maybe getting the iPad Pro 128gb wifi + cellular
Have a great day

I will upgrade just because it is my nature to keep current, But not ONE of those “upgrades ” did anything noticeable for me. I must be one of the rare users that still thinks of this as a phone and in case of extreme boredom a small pocket game player!

Hi Josh, Do you know of any app that will run in the background which shows your fingers gesturs or taps on the screen so that you can record that aswell using the mirror function? Thanks
