While it would be great to see Apple and its retailer partners offer a hands-on period for prospective buyers, we don't expect that to happen.
If you're planning to pre-order the iPhone X later this month you're probably going to have to do it sight unseen. Apple and its partners haven't announced any early in-store period which means the iPhone X probably won't emerge in the flesh until after pre-orders have started. If that's intimidating to you, you might not want to spend the money on an iPhone X pre-order. You do have the option to pre-order and go hands-on at home on November 3rd because you should get a 14-day return window.
That said, if you hate dealing with returns, you'll probably want to hold off and go hands-on in-store on or after November 3rd. |
