As for the iPhone XS release date itself, there are a few potential dates. iPhone in-store release dates typically arrive a little more than a week after Apple announces the new hardware on stage. For instance last year, Apple confirmed the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus on September 12th and they hit stores on Friday, September 22nd. With a pre-order date rumored for September 14th, odds are good Apple will release new iPhones on September 21st in the United States and several other regions. Don't expect the new devices to launch everywhere at once though. iPhone releases are staggered and often take place over several weeks. For instance, while the iPhone 8 landed in the U.S., U.K. and other regions on September 22nd, it didn't land in Indonesia until December, 2017.
