Keep an Eye on Your Upgrade

You'll want to keep your eyes on your upgrade as we progress through the year.

If your upgrade isn't until late September or later, you might not be able to put in an online pre-order for the iPhone XS since your line won't eligible. 

Fortunately, checking your current upgrade status is easy and should only take you a few minutes to get done. We recommend doing it every few weeks just to stay current.

You can also call your carrier's customer service line and check your status if you prefer to talk to someone.
