In order to pre-load Madden 18, you need to pre-order Madden 18. The only way around this is to join EA Access, which allows you to download games up to five days early, even if you haven't purchased the game digitally. Traditionally Madden pre-loading starts a few days before the release date, which allows you to download the full game before it unlocks at midnight. This offers a way to play right away without lining up at a store or waiting for your game to install and download day one updates. The only copies that include an option to pre-load Madden 18 are the digital versions of the game, and only when you pre-order. If you are buying on a disk, this isn't a reason to pre-order Madden 18. You can buy this from Microsoft or Sony. | |||||||||
