The Droid DNA has trumped the LG Optimus G Pro, Galaxy S3 and Sony Xperia Z for this final spot. The big reason why? Its price tag which has been dropped to $50 on-contract at Verizon while the carrier moves inventory out ahead of the HTC One's arrival.
Verizon's Droid DNA is a solid option as it sports not only a 1080p display, quad-core processor and a good camera, but it also will be receiving Sense 5 and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean sometime in the weeks ahead. That software combined with the cheap price make the Droid DNA a device that should be on the lists of smartphone shoppers in the month of July. |
